What started as a bold vision quickly became a powerhouse in the nail industry—a place where talent, hustle, and straight-up artistry thrive. We don’t just do nails—we build confidence, one set at a time.
Our team is the heart of this salon. A crew of highly skilled, passionate techs who don’t just talk the talk—they walk it with every client who sits in their chair. We’re obsessed with quality, committed to creativity, and don’t tolerate disrespect, ever. This is a drama-free zone where everyone, from our clients to our crew, feels empowered, respected, and hyped up.

Our Story
Confidence Nail Salon was born in 2022—but the grind started long before that.
Founder Tiffanie Taylor has been in the nail game professionally since 2018, but her passion started way earlier. Back in 2016, she met Theresa while they were both working at another place of employment (outside the nail industry).. Years later, in 2021, they reconnected—and from that moment on, it was game on. Theresa has been Tiffanie’s ride or die ever since: from brainstorming names and building the brand to literally hammering nails into the walls, she’s been there through every damn step.
Shortly after opening our doors, the team started growing. Kappa, Thalia, and Aundrea came in hot—bringing their sweet energy, fierce skill, and that “can’t teach it” level of talent. Katherine was the final piece of the puzzle. Her spark, personality, and work ethic sealed the deal—and just like that, our little family was complete.
This salon was built from the ground up with love, hustle, and a shared obsession with being the best. We’re not just coworkers. We’re a team, a unit, a force. And we bring that energy into every single set.
